Please fill out your returns form which is provided within your order, and send any unwanted items back to Night Addict HQ within 28 days of your order being delivered.

You can send the return parcel back on any service, but please be aware that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty / incorrect.

We would advise you to keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received a refund. We are not responsible for any lost parcels and so we recommend purchasing insurance or using a tracked service.

Any returned goods must remain in the new, unwashed condition in which they were delivered, with their tags still on and packaging intact. If our Customer Care Team do not feel any of the above points are met, it is in their discretion on whether the item is suitable for return. For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept any returned NIGHT ADDICT masks.

Our team will carefully inspect all returned items when they arrive back at our office. If these items are not in a new and unused condition, we reserve the right to offer a partial, rather than full, refund.

When will my return be processed?  

We try to process our returns within 7 days from receiving them. As soon as your item has been refunded we will send an email out to you and the refund will be processed straight away. The time taken for the funds to arrive in your account will depend on your bank provider but should typically take 1-3 working days. If your refund has not been paid within 7 days of receiving your process return email then please contact support@nightaddict.com

Only items purchased directly from www.nightaddict.com are covered by this returns policy. We are therefore unable to process returns for orders made outside of this website. Any items bought using a money off code are not covered by our returns policy.

Inside your parcel you will find a returns / exchange form. Please fill this out stating which items you would like to return and what items and sizes you would like to exchange for.

Exchanges will take up to 5 working days to be received, we cannot guarantee size availability. If your exchange is not in stock you will be refunded, this will take up to 10 working days to go into the account you paid with via the original payment.

Not offered – refund only.

We are stocked on ASOS and other retailers. You cannot return items to us that have been purchased from anybody other than our own website.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if you are missing an item from your order, please notify us by email as soon as you can: support@nightaddict.com  if you provide photos, we will be able to speed up your resolution.

We will either offer to replace or provide a full refund (including the delivery and returns charges) for damaged or incorrect items. Please return these items normally and keep hold of your proof of postage. Your replacement or refund will then be issued once the item has been received back at our office and processed by our staff.

We are unable to accept back any goods that have been altered and we will inspect all returned items to ensure that there is a genuine fault. If we find that the defect is not genuine, we will only be able to offer a refund for the item itself, rather than for the delivery or return costs.
