As you can imagine the Christmas period is an exciting time for us all and as a company Night Addict will be very busy so please bear with us as we will do our upmost to process your orders on time and respond to your enquiries as quickly as we can (to note):

  • We will be extending our 28 day returns policy with effect from Monday 18th November to the 10th January 2020.

  • The length of time we take to process your returns maybe longer than normal, we aim to do this within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item(s). What will really help is please follow the instructions on the returns form, thank you!

  • As you can imagine customer service will be busy and we are aiming to reply to your emails within 48 hours.

  • As we run promotions over this period, you may qualify for a free product, the free products will be sent on a first come, first served basis until the free item stock is depleted or the promotion ends. The free items are free, so please do not return the item for a refund or request an exchange. Any free items that are returned in error will not be returned to you. A free item may be available in various sizes, so please choose the size wisely as you cannot return the free item for an exchange to different size. Any free items that are returned for exchange in error will not be returned to you.

  • We work with Royal Mail for UK deliveries and DHL for international deliveries and albeit they are global market leaders, there will be delivery delays, so please be patient.

  • To ensure orders arrive in time for Christmas, see the latest recommended dates and times below.
    • TRACKED 48 - Orders need to be placed on Friday 20th December.
    • TRACKED 24 - Orders need to be placed at the latest Monday 23rd December before 3pm (Please note Tracked 24 are not guaranteed as next day service so your order may not arrive on 24th December in time for Christmas).
    • SPECIAL DELIVERY GUARANTEED - Orders need to be placed at the latest 3pm Monday 23rd December.
